RoomRecord is iOS-only for now while we focus on getting the core inspection and reporting workflow right for renters and property teams. We'll consider Android once the product is serving those needs well.
Report access is a one-time App Store purchase for 30 days. It does not renew automatically.

Your inspection photos and notes are stored in RoomRecord and backed up to the cloud. They will not appear in your Photos app unless you export or save them.
No. RoomRecord helps you record and share inspection details, but it does not provide legal or tenancy advice, and it cannot guarantee bond outcomes.
