Please include your device model, iOS version, RoomRecord app version if known, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw. Do not send private inspection photos unless support asks for the minimum detail needed to investigate your issue.
Account Deletion
RoomRecord supports account deletion in the iOS app. Open RoomRecord, open the menu, choose Settings, then choose Delete Account under the signed-in account section. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deleting your account removes your RoomRecord account, backed-up inspection data, and local inspection data on that device. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your Apple account or include enough detail for us to identify the account.
Purchases and Restore Access
RoomRecord offers optional 30-day report access as a one-time App Store purchase. It does not renew automatically. To locate it in the app, capture more than the free limit or start a report export when report access is required. The paywall shows 30-Day Report Access and the Apple purchase sheet.
If you already purchased access and it is not active, open RoomRecord, open the menu, choose Settings, then tap Restore access. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Using RoomRecord
- Open the app and capture rental inspection photos by room.
- Add spoken or typed notes for inspection evidence.
- Review photos in the evidence view.
- Export a timestamped PDF report when you need to share a record.

AI and Speech Features
RoomRecord does not use third-party AI providers for note cleanup. Speech and note assistance are designed around on-device iOS speech and foundational model capabilities where available. Inspection content is not sent to a third-party AI provider for processing.
What RoomRecord Is Not
RoomRecord is an evidence capture and reporting tool. It does not provide legal, tenancy, property, financial, or dispute resolution advice, and it does not guarantee any bond, deposit, landlord, tribunal, court, insurance, or property-management outcome.
