Rental inspection PDF example

Last updated: 22 June 2026

RoomRecord turns room-by-room photos and notes into a timestamped PDF rental inspection report. This page explains the product format only. It is not legal, tenancy, financial, dispute resolution, or property advice.

Report cover details

A RoomRecord PDF can include report metadata such as the property label, creation date, report ID, room count, and photo count. These details help identify the report when it is saved or shared.

Room sections

Photos are grouped by room so the reader can move through the property in a clear order. Typical room sections might include Entry, Kitchen, Living, Bedroom, Bathroom, Laundry, Balcony, Garage, Storage, or a custom room name.

Photo evidence and captions

Each photo can appear with the room name, timestamp, and any caption you added in RoomRecord. Short captions work best when they describe what the image shows.

Why a PDF helps

A single PDF is easier to review than a long camera roll. It keeps photos and notes together, preserves room grouping, and gives the record a consistent layout.

RoomRecord does not decide what a report means or how it should be interpreted. It helps you create a readable document from the photos and notes you capture.
